"Never is an awfully long time"

PETER: forget them, Wendy. forget them all. Come with me where you'll never, ever have to worry about grown up things again. WENDY: Never, is an awfully long time. I really had a strange feeling when I watched the movie Peter Pan, not the animated one though. Peter and Wendy's love story was like something you really want although you cannot have cause you have to risk a lot of things. If you were Wendy, would you choose to stay with Peter?

if i were Wendy, it will take a lot of time for me to think about risking a lot of things for the benefit of my love. it depends upon to how many persons will be affected. let's open our hearts and minds to reality. :)

That's really wise. We should indeed live within reality. Although sometimes reality could really hurt much. :)

as what the movie entitles, "reality bites.... :D" let's just use our our brains first before our hearts because that's the main purpose why God place our heart over our head... :D

Yes, you're right. Although sometimes there are also situations in which you have to use both of them at the same time. :)

Hey this is a very good saying that never is an awfully long time however I would have chosen to go with Peter because I love him and nothing is greater than the love we both share though.

I would too! But I felt bad for Wendy and Peter not being able to stay together. I think She feels she could not leave everything behind. Its sad:(
