Can we still imporve our eye sight after it has deteriorated more?  |

 I have noticed that my left eye that has some little problem on vision has deteriorated after 2 years. it could hardly read small letter and can't even see faces clearly on long distance or some distance but my right eye is still able to though it is not yet perfect in vision also. so i wonder if i can get still to improve my left eye vision so that it can be as good as my right eye. i am planning to have my eye glass adjusted but the problem every time my eye got tested on eye vision on the opthalmologist since they will ask me to read on the board which is not far distance so they are not able to see how hard my eye can see in long distance and they can't give me eye glass for long distance reading. or fail to realize that my left is not good in long distance. at least my right eye can still read small letters in far distance but my left can't. and i am hoping that i can eye glass correctly so that my left can read even small letters from a distance like my right eye do.

1.  kent_help2smile (2074) | 4 months ago |  Poor eye sight means poor in sleep, low food nutrients intake.So improve eye sight you have to complete 8-9 hours sleep especially in sleeping hours. Green leafy foods and Squash improve eyesight. And a help of eye glass to correct the blurry of the letters.

 hotsummer (2756) | 4 months ago | i am trying to improve my diet and i eat lots of green leafy vegetables. but i still don't see any improvement. but i am not losing hope though. on the amount of sleep. i do sleep a lot so that won't be an issue here. but on squash i have not eaten squash lately so i will get back to that diet too again for my eye problem. hopefully i can save money so i can have money to pay to fix my eyeglass so that i can correct my vision. | |

2.  cbakin20 (152) | 4 months ago |  Glasses can definitely help. Also, getting it checked out by an ophthalmologist. A visit to the eye doctor can help you get a pair of glasses that will specifically help your eyesight. If you don't want to do that, a pair of reading glasses can always help. The only problem with not getting specially made glasses, is that all pre-made glasses change the sight in both eyes in the same way. Just be careful when you get glasses.

Jackie2009ws (104) | 4 months ago |  Many people have the same problem as you,because they doesn't have the consciousness to protect their eyes when they were young.A suitable pair of glasses can be helpful in fixing your eye problem,and another point is to see the green colors at any place anytime.I've been told this since I was 8 by mother and it really helps me a lot.Although I've to see the laptop screen for at least 8 hours per day,I don't have eyesight problem at all.I have to thank my mom!Hope your problem could be solved as soon as possible.

First,watch the pc screen for more than 3 hour without any break,then when you look at the thing some distance away from you,you'll find them somewhat a bit fuzzy.Then take a look at the tree or grass or something green for several seconds,after that,when you return to look at the distant thing,you 'll feel better,have a try... | |
