Having a new kitchen fitted

Hello I'd have a minimalist look and sleek surfaces and clean lines to things. A big table come work centre in the middle of the room so it becomes the hub of the kitchen. I;d make sure I got as much cupboard space as possible and built in appliances such as the dishwasher, washing machine as it makes it look neater and more streamlined. I'm not sure what your choices would be as having a new litchen isn;t something you do very often so I hope you can figure out what you would like. I used to go to the kitchen/home improvement centres and pick up all their catalogues just to look at the photos of all the fitted kitchens to get my ideas when I had mine done
