Many of us generally depend on parents up to one stage and age.But there is one point, everyone of us has to take individual decisions, ideas to follow. When did you felt this stage in you?

Hi Baluyadav, I generally think that I became mentally mature a few years ago after some tough challenges caused me to examine some things very close to me. On a more social level though I am not sure how mature I am. If you were to speak to me online you would be forgiven for thinking that I am older than my years, but if you meet me in the real world you will think me younger because I act quite young due to my degree of understanding of real world things. I have also never worked or lived alone, but these are things I want to accomplish in the year. So maybe I am still at a teenage level, on the cusp of social adulthood, even if I have the mind of an old lady at times lol! All the best, Dranz

As soon as I graduated from senior high school and live in separate city from my family, I started to managed my own life. I learned to make my own decision without interfere from my parents. I also learned to accept the situation that I could not get to university of my choice because of my parent's economic situation. This made me how to cope with things I don't even want, and learned to face the reality and move on, finding another way. I am so grateful that God guide me throughout the way until now.

I'm 25 and I still don't feel overly mature. There's lots of things that I've had to deal with in the past, some of that with my fiancee but I still don't feel mature. I can asct mature when the situation calls for it but otherwise I'm not.

I think in reallity no one mature and there is no age of maturity. cause when ever you ask a person he will say that he is mature enough. even a child will say the same. he feels like that he is a mature person and take all the decisions. no matter they are right or wrong. even you cant take the guarantee of a person how i old and take the right decision. so i dont think there is any age of matureness
