What is the best remedy for influenza?

I have this influenza every changing season from rainy season to dry season. Actually, I don't like drinking pills and tablets. Is there any tips or traditional remedy for my illness? Thanks a lot.

influenza, in any form, can be treated by rest and taking lots of fluid. Influenza is viral so it is self-limiting and your antibodies will do the rest. You just have to check if it is really viral. Some respiratory infections are combined bacterial and viral, so you would need antibiotics for that too.
there is a medication called tammyflu which is both preventive and for treatment specifically for influenza
