How to my referrals become an active member ?

It is very difficult to move their hearts to become an active member, I've tried to remind the reason why they joined in mylot.com either directly or indirectly .... but still they are less active ...
For you guys that have many referral, how you can make your referrals become an active members, often make new disscusion or give response ?

Too many people still think that online you can earn by doing nothing 
That is the first problem and difficult to alter.
When referrals join using our link they automatically receive a friend request from us. I ave several referrals but not allof them have accepted the request. If they do I send them a PM explaining something about what to do to earn on here and then if they post I will respond on their discussions and comment on their responses.
I have one referral who is active everyonce in a while but is not earning me much at all. LAst week another joined under me too and was doing very well - until he realised that he is ina country not covered by Paypal and he stopped posting 
We can only help them by spurring them on if they post at all but that 'if' is the biggest problem

Maybe just let them give a little more time sometimes they don't know what to do first. Like me when i first join mylot i didn't know what to do but after reading and reading i already get it. Maybe you could ask or tell them anything you know about mylot. Especially the monetary benefit maybe they will awaken and post actively on the discussions.
