What would you do if you found out that what you've been telling others is completely a lie? Here's the situation. I have a close friend who suddenly gained a lot of weight and her tummy seemed to get bigger. A rumor started spreading that she might be pregnant. Getting agitated, me and my girls asked her upfront if she was really indeed pregnant (in a private place of course). She told us that wasn't. She even let us feel her abdomen, and based on the numerous prenatals we've been through (being nursing students) at different prenatal clinics, it really felt different from a pregnant tummy. She showed us her abdominal ultrasound results, and we discovered that she had fat deposits in her intestines! Due to that, her abdomen began to grow bigger. The fat deposits were due to her use of a weight loss pill. Stupidly, she took the pills without following the diet plan: a high fiber one. Because of that, the fat that was supposed to be excreted simply settled in her intestines due to the low fiber diet she had. Then here comes the amazing part! A certain person (let's call that person "X"), started spreading the rumor that our friend was pregnant. We knew it was X because she asked us personally if our friend was pregnant. When we told her "No', she simply shrugged and said, "Whatever, I know these kind of things. And I can tell she's pregnant." Right on! We didn't want to argue about the issue anymore since X was hell-bent on believing our friend was indeed pregnant. We simply told her again that she had a medical condition, but did X listen? NO. So on and on, X went to spread the story. My friend then had to undergo a procedure, an enema (ugh), to take out the fat. So after a day, when we saw her, she was back in her old clothes, with her tummy flat! We knew already of the procedure, but we just kept quiet. Then boom! X COMES INTO THE PICTURE AGAIN! She then spreads the story that our friend had an abortion! Outrageous. So, to make things clear, another friend of mine finally posted pictures of the Medical Diagnosis of our friend. This was to end all controversies. Noticeably, the rumors quickly died down the next day. And X disappeared too. End of story :D So, if you were X, what would you do?
