Hello baluyadav,
I believe that a person is only as old or as young as he or she think they are. As we know there are some 20 year olds that feel like they are 6o and some 60 year olds that probably would like to feel like they are 20. But it basically comes down to how well the individual has taken care of their selves. Happy mylot!

Hi,citychic,It's the perfect response for this discussion. There is one proverb in our language[TELUGU---Andhra pradesh state,India]if you feel young in your mind, there is no question of age effect on body.Any how thanx for good response.

I would not say over 60 is old. I know alot of vibrant people over 60. Especially the ones from Ingland. They are the happy drinkers. They still get around having fun. On my way home I always see this old lady walking. One day she stops me and tell me she is in her 80's and she walks to keep fit. She says if she does not that is when she will get old. I say you are as young as you feel. happy lotting.
