How Would You Like To Receive Your Christmas Bonus?

Hey guys! As we all know, Christmas is fast approaching and what is that one thing that we all look forward to for Christmas aside from celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ? Why, the Christmas Bonus of course!!:) I have a friend who says that their employer divides their Christmas Bonus into three and gives it to them on every third quarter of the year, unlike in other employers wherein the Christmas Bonus is given in one bulk during December. She's fine with it but in my case, I'd prefer a one bulk Christmas Bonus than to receive it in smaller amounts across the year. How about you? Which do you prefer and why? :) Happy Lotting!

where i work, we dont get a cash christmas bonus, but we do get time off. our office is closed between christmas and new years, so that is our christmas bonus (we still get paid for it). i work for a non profit organization so this is pretty big.

Yeah, at least you get paid for the time off. That's already a good thing considering you work for a non-profit organization. :)

Hi veronizm, With my employer now the bonus is released in halves, the first half on May, and the other half on November. It's fine with me because I get to use the first half for the school supplies of my kids and other school needs, and the other half for the Christmas preparations. Marry Christmas in advance!

I see. It's good that you get to have the first half in May which is in time for the school days. At least you can have some additional cash for the budget :) Merry Christmas in advance to you too! ^_^

hmmmm... I will be surprise if I'll receive a bonus this year. I haven't experienced receiving any Christmas bonus because i only had a one job and it only last for six months and that was years ago. Can anyone give me a bonus??
