do you mind or avoid to smoke in public place?
what do you do when you find someone to smoke on public place?
actually i don,t smoke and hate smokers i always warn my friends about its harmfulness.

Well, of course. There is a big fine for someone who actually violate the no smoking rules in some areas. I think it is important for smokers to follow the rules about the smoking banning in some areas. I mean, if we want to still smoking without people bothering what we like to do, we should stop bothering them in their spaces.
It would be different if it happens in our spaces, in the smoking areas, the non smoker should follow our rules. But in the non smoking places, just keep it until we find a place to take some puff.
