These are so kind things to do,our hard earned money going for the poor and needy one's are a exceptional deed to do.The money sure can;t buy all, but it does give food and cloths.I try and give some amount to the people whom I see around the streets and places outside. I haven't gone to help people living in any institutions taking care of the needy one's and this would be a big relief to them if anyone does so.Its said that, drop by drop oceans are created.

hi tintukm, thanks for the response,it is more better to find and distribute some thing to the poor and needy, some may feel shy to beg or ask things from others, doing help either by monetary, work or some thing is ok,have a nice day

The any sort of help we provide to a needy is well worth it,the person will definitely remember us if it was a sincere need and many are there who yet having good health and capability opt for a life in the streets, everyone do have choices right.

Hi Yugasini. What a nice thing for you to be doing! Yes, I save aside a bit of money each year to donate to the needy or to children's causes. I also donate clothing, etc., that I no longer need, but which is still in good condition. I think helping others is a worthwhile thing to do! And if we have no extra money, there are many other ways to help Karen

Yes, sir, there are many poor people here in the US, homeless men and women and children, those who are hungry or ill and in need. We do our best to raise funds, both through the govt. and through the private sector to help those in need. I think there are poor people in every country, and it is sad just how poor some of them are.

money is something which no matter how much you have appears to be less.hence i make it a point to keep some money separately in my kitty for people who are more needy than me.for i feel that one should have enough money so that one can eat and live well and to be able to fulfill atleast few of ones dreams.when thats done we should never forget that there are so many out there who can have a days meal if we sacrifice some of our frivolous wishes.

It is written in the Bible to give one tenth of your income to God. That would really mean give food to the hungry, water to the thirsty and clothing's to those who Deonne have to wear.

Thats a great topic being started by you here Yugasini. I always used to keep aside 15% of my monthly earnings for charity in which i spend 5% of my money for donating poor and needy and 10% for religious activities. Thanks for starting this discussion and have a great day. Happy Mylotting. Cheers:-)

Because my life is not stable so now my husband and I try to save £100 per month so we can use the money to pay my visa or our travelling cost. My husband also has his fund to donate to comic relief and national trust. However we don’t give money to particular people we sometimes pay the charity organization. We think it’s a good way to make the money efficient.
