What happened to Dobby in the movies?  | |  For the past movies of HP, the appearance of Dobby had been declining (or were there any aside from Movie 2?) C'mon! Dobby is always the unsung hero! Especially in Deathly Hallows! Dang! the next movie director should not make the next movie crappy (sorry if I insulted sum who thinks the movie was great.) Dobby was rocking and saving everyone's butt in Deathly Hallows, too bad the dagger caught up with him... RIP Dobby, A Free Elf..

I read this in an interview, but can't find it right now. I forgot how much it is exactly, but it was some ridiculous number. Like somewhere in the ten thousands or more. And that's just for one scene.

They are making Deathly Hallow in 2 part.
1st part will be released in 2010 and 2nd part in 2011.
I wish Warner Bros or JK Rowling herself comes up with Harry Potter animated series, which can be as long as needed, and can stick to the story.
It will be fun watching Harry Potter animated series

| tjdas83 (97) | 4 months ago |  Actually to be more precised on why they showed Kreacher in the 5th movie, was because J.K Rowling told them they had to include Kreacher's character in. They actually wanted to cut him out because of cost budget, but J.K Rowling had to step in and say that they need him in that movie because he was essential for book 7. Movie 5 was made before the 7th book was out so that's why they had to consult Rowling about this character. After she said this to the directors and producers, many speculations from HP fansites knew that R.A.B was indeed Regulus Black and that he went with Kreacher to the cave.

He was the one who gave harry the gillyweed and the one who found the room of requirement. But dobby would appear agian in deathly hallows again, with the same man voicing. Unfortunately deathly hallows will see the end of dobby. It is also rumored that the HP7 part 1 would have battle of malfoy manor as the climax and funeral of dobby as the ending scene.
