I am going to buy an apartment,and this is my first real estate,I am living in China and I plan to place my apartment order target to dongguan city,guangdong province.Shenzhen should be better but too expensive to me (generally 10000RMB/m2 minimum),but dongguan may sell at a lower price of 5000-6000 RMB/m2 averagely although the quality is not good and city enviroment is worse than shenzhen.I just could pay loan of an apartment of 500K RMB.You know,because of the financial crisis,US government and Chinese government print too much paper cash and I believe if 1 dollar can buy half of cheapest bread now,1 year later maybe we just can buy 1/3 or 1/4 bread,so I become anxious to buy an apartment to live in asap before goods price goes up gue to gvernment's printing lots of paper,could you give me some indeed advice my dear lotters?

For one thing you can live in it and for another thing housing prices will continue to rise as china becomes more crowded. I'd love to visit guangdong some day since that's where my parents came from.

 sunny400611 (176) | 3 months ago | Well,it's cheap if you transfer the price to USD or EUD or lbs,but you know we also earn much less,the rate house price(per square meter)/monthly salary should be most indicator to show the citizen's consumption ability,the rate in dongguan should be about 2:1,it means we need 20 years to afford a 100 m2 apartment without eating or dring,shenzhen rate should be 3:1 or 3.5:1,what's the rate in your city??
(we could not say country because the rate changes so much as city are not different even for the same quality apartment ). | |

I bought my first house about 10 years ago and a plot of land three years ago. I wanted to build my dream house there, my architec friend gave three drawings, we selected one, it is a double storey building with a roof top garden, now all my family live there, we have guests room also. I call it my DREAM HOUSE.
