| |  There are some tips and tricks I know.
de_dust 2, throw a flash bang between the crack of the boxes (near the ct spawn) to flash the entire ct spawn.
All C4 maps: Terrorists can sit on the bomb and not die from explosion.
Bunny Hop: Jump with unlimited energy. (There's some way but I'm not sure)
Amx Mod: Add cheats, or any addons with given commands for you to control your server. :D
God Mode: This is one of the cheats but doesn't work if you join a server.
Any other cheats anyone?
