How often you think before you speak?

i am so guilty of this because i am a very spontaneous person. thats why i really feel it better to express myself thru writing. that way, i would have to chance to really think, to proofread it and to read it as if i am the recipient as well. But there are instances also, that even if you write your thoughts down, you still get misunderstood. I guess it really depends.

Going back, i dont usually think before i speak to the people that i am close to. But if the person is a new guy, a client or a sensitive person, man! i really think first before i speak! Sometimes i even have to inhale and exhale so as not to lash out in anger.

oops! i am guilty of this one.. I tend to say outright what I feel and never pause for a while to think about what I'm gonna say...

could be a good thing..but sometimes brings about bad results too...
