Can you suggest an operation to correct eyesight?

Many of friends in college were spectacles. Most of them have been wearing it since childhood. Is there any operation that can improve eyesight? How much cost will it be? Also, is there any natural way to improve eyesight?

THere are many kinds of surgery now that are done to improve eyesight. It all depends what type of problem they have. They should see a doctoer so that it can be evaluated. One thing is if it can be done (now doctors do marvels with laser rays) and the other is cost which varies . I have been told that most eye surgeries do not require hospitalization so that´s a saving.
