Really want to start working on a flatter stomach. After having children this is problem for me just nothing seems to work. I do walking and biking several times a week but that dont seem to be helping. Would like to know what other people do for exersise? how it has helped? how long it takes?

Walking and biking is only a workout for your thigh and gives you endurance. But you said you want to get a flat stomach again I prefer to do sit ups like 10 times a day. When you feel your comfortable enough to do 10 then add 10 more to your daily routine. Drink plenty of water when doing exercise to not get dehydrated.

I think with the biking just the over all calorie burn might help alittle with over all loss but for toning it dont help with stomach much.

I heard somewhere that calcium intake also has to do with flatter stomach. Not sure if this is true but going to make sure I get my milk 3times a day now.

I used to be unfit and had a small bulge but after having superiors self control i was able to do ANYTHING, simple running until exhaustion when i was unfit and i saw good results, because my body wants used to that. Maybe turn your walking into running/jogging long distances or several laps around the local park in the mornings
