In this way the matter of cost will also affect the country's economy further.
Because its the global era and the competion has become global and even if a company only depends on locals then may be some time it can not get the professional they are really looking and even then they have to pay more. So cost will exceed and in gloabal market sustainability will be down for that company and will direct affect the employees and indirectly country.
So What i think there must be a balance.
