Can you taste tea?

hi, i am the one who do like tea very much. but one of my collegues drink tea everyday in office, so graduaaly i drink sometimes. green tea tastes good i think. about the effect of the tea to us, i just know that do not drink more tea before you go to bed, it is hard to go to sleep.

It is reported green tea (no frills) is one of the most healthy drinks all over the world. It can prevent cancer if you drink 4 cups at least everyday.

Once I didn't drink tea, because it made my stomach suffering. I got tea-drunk, it is seldom. But now I'm okay.

As I'm a Chinese, I prefer pure green tea, maybe I will add some other flowers, but it's just in Chinese style. No sugar, no milk.

I actually prefer black coffee over tea but at times I get tired of coffee and drink tea for a week or two. I do not like sweet tea. I prefer tea just plain without sugar or lemon and either iced or hot. I can not tell the differnce between green tea and regular tea. I have tried several of the flavofred teas, some were good and some not. Black tea is good too.

Thea in the morning is delightfull but yeah it isn't that clear with Thea.
I still enjoy it though.
