How do you feel about the homosexual community adopting children?

I wanted to see how everyone feels on this topic. I feel as if homosexuals should have the same right as hetersexuals do with adopting children. They love the same way. Being a lesbian myself, I have always wanted to adopt. Society makes it hard for a gay man or a lesbian woman to adopt! There are so many children out there that need loving homes. I am looking forward to seeing your response!

I watched a program about adoption and in it some couples and single people wanted to adopt children. The gay men had difficulty pleasing social workers. They were approved to adopt but nobody would let them have a child. They were lovely men and I thought it was a shame. Any loving person should be able to adopt a child and being gay is fine I think. Yes, there are so many children in the world that need an adoptive home.
