Herbalife users, anyone?  

Hey hi there, Well i have tried herbalife since some years ago i tried that for around 6 months and my friends could see the results of it.They actually complimented me with a great surprise saying that i looked great in my new shape i wore.Well its just so nice when you know that someone has to compliment you with what you have got. :) I am looking forward to use that product again.

I do not agree to any weight loss product, my daughter had eaten diet pills, no weight-loss success, but also in the hospital. All my personal experiences.
I think that you want to lose weight, there is only one option, which is the most effective way, it is movement, movement can not only lose weight, but also can enhance health.

so,i think that losing weight is a easy problem .but,you want to lose weight ,you can stick to do exerise for you everyday .beacause you mutst believe that :instct is succeefull.

Every time I hear about these herbal stuff, I get kinda iffy.

My Dad drinks Apple Cider Vinegar every morning and evening. It's pretty tough to drink so I think you should dilute it with room temperature water. Hot water kills the enzymes.

The Apple Cider Vinger (ACV) you should be looking for is the one that has the "MOTHER". It's the one that's not diluted/processed or refine. The bottle normally indicates which type it is.

Anyway, my Dad's been doing that for like a month and he lost some weight with it. His beer belly has gotten smaller. I think you should take 2 teaspoons of it at a time - not sure how many times a day but you can google it for more info.

I dont know how much the Herbalife costs but if it's just the same as ACV, then best consider a more natural way.

Hello aixshaonline. Welcome to mylot. I believe exercising and proper diet is still the best option you could do for losing weight. This stuff may somehow help but not in a great manner.

well, i haven't used these type of products so i really don't know much about them, but what i know is that they really help. i have a friend who uses some kind of a herbal product and he's losing his weight, well you have to consider that he goes to gym as well. but i think they do work.

I also haven't tried it yet. But I salute the Herbalife products. My uncle told me his story of using the product, it made his stomach feel full the whole day skipping his solid meals, but still having strength and vigor at the end of the day. He said, it was primarily formulated to have that effect so you will healthily lose weight without depriving your body vital nutrients it needs to function properly. My two thumbs up for Herbalife!

Herbalife is a very reputable company and has literally some of the best products out there! Unfortunately, if you are wanting to sell it to make money, it can be very pricey for the up-front costs to get started. You will need about $800 to do it right (and that is minimum).

If you are just wanting to use the products and maybe sell to some friends, you can get away with spending about $100, but that is really just for personal use of the products.

But they do have some of the best formulated products out there! They are really conscientious about quality and performance and you can rest assured that the products you buy from them will in fact work and be healthy for you.
