 Which one do you prefer watching or reading? Do you like the wizarding world of magic at hogwarts or the eternal love of a vampire edward cullen to bella swan?.I am an avid fan of harry potter series, but the twilight saga also caught my attention. I have all harry potter series and twilight saga.For me both have their own unique ways of catching the public's interests. what do you think?

While I am not the world's biggest fan of either, I can say that from what I have seen they both have their unique qualities and attention getters. My daughter swears by both, she has all the series to both and rereads them all the time, we even made wands for her to use as she reads, it was great fun. I enjoy seeing how much pleasure a book brings her. It is the forbiden magical pull that has everyone wanting more.:) Have a great day

| irisisflower (62) | 3 months ago | LOL!! oh yes, each wand as special "powers" and she waves it as she reads, it is too cute to watch, I actually watch her read and see the expressions on her face, she loves it. We even got a cape for her twilight series, bedazzled it according to her wants. I guess now that I think of it, I enjoy giving her something to hold and wear to make the experience a better one. we love craft making in our home! | |

| 2. rockstar27 (92) | 3 months ago |  well i think these two are just too perfect in there own places that any comparison can be made!!comparison can be made when two movie are based on same theme but they are two different themes!one is magic and one is vampires so i think thee is no comparison!!the harry potter is more to the virtual world and twilight is more to the real world if ofcourse the vampire thing is neglected!!its a love sotry and harry potter is a adventourous novel!!so no comparisons any how!!:) i love both of them!!

3.  alatecablebill (500) | 3 months ago |  i think the harry potter series is waaaaaaaaaay better than twilight. jk rowling is waaaaaaay better than stephenie meyer. i have read each harry potter book at least 10 times. never gets old. i only read the twilight saga because i wanted to know what the big fuss was all about. vampires are interesting. i love vampire novels and movies but meyer just did not impress me with her writing skills.

| 9. dpauli (309) | 3 months ago |  Whoaaa... you mentioned two of my greatest fave novels and movie. However, if I have to choose, Harry Potter is more impressing than the twilight saga. Twilight is okay for the story (and movie!), but Harry Potter novel is more 'alive'. When you get though the HP novel, JKR really make you feel like you're in the story. All things she described make me able to imagine the adventure, right in my mind. It brought a brilliant imagination to us. Even way far from the film making, I was able to imagin Snape's face, Weasley's folks ( Ron is the most impressive and closest character to my imagination).

I have heard many good things about it but will be looking at it in a few weeks. I am currently on my third time through the Harry Potter series. I read them all once, waited a couple months and read them all again. Now my three year old and I are reading them (I change certain words)... we finished the first book a couple weeks ago and are working on the second. He loves these books and looks forward to our time reading them!
