Hello guys, I strongly disagree with this. I am pretty sure that there are people who were just a victim of injustices...deprived their rights and being oppressed. Victims of their own destiny...What's your opinion about this? Let's talk about your opinion...Cheers!

+1 to you mobhomeir, i think some of them is convicted because they're victims of injustices. some prisoners are blamed in a misunderstanding. and one reason is, because the prisoner is poor, he / she has no money to pay the judge. _

There was a guy here about 6 months ago released after being in jail for 20 years! New DNA evidence showed that he had not committed the crime he was convicted of! It was a shame because he is now in a wheel chair and elderly. Most of his life was in prison for a crime he stood firm on not having done. Appeal after appeal. Yes..I think there are people that have been wronged by the justice system.

No not all jailed persons are criminals. How many in the past 10 years if not more have been released after spending years in jail for a crime they never committed. I'm afraid there are alot of people in jail that don't belong there and are by far not criminals. The reason for this happening is because the system doesn't work as far as I'm concerned. There are people put in jail that are not the criminal and then there are people who get away with murder. Its a terrible system which needs to be revamped.

Of course not all people are criminals who were put in jail. A lot of people were convicted by the hands of crooked cops and politicians. Everyone who has an agenda, and someone is in the way, can be set up to take the heat from the real offender. The courts are just as crooked, and biased against the everyday person, and some rights were taken from them with loopholes from lawyers, and lazy district attorneys who just don't care about justice, just that they put more criminals in jail, for another notch in their belts. I personally was a victim of several rights being taken, and I have a clean record my whole life. So I am an expert, because I just have enough smarts to know how to prove my innocents.

I don't think so. I still believe that our justice system does not work 100% accurate when it comes to serving justice. I have heard of true stories about people who were sentenced to jail but are innocent. There are people from the justice system that are selling out people. And worse, these people should be the ones serving justice, not injustice.

I think there are people that are victims of circumstance and ended up being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Luckily there are forensics and other things that help make sure the right people are put in jail for the most part. A lot of the time I think some people that don't have the money for a good attorney are deprived their rights to a certain extent. Seems like a lot of guilty people end up getting let off easy that have a lot of money.

No, I don't agree to that. Not all prisoners are criminals and they're there because there's no other way (ie : they can't prove they're innocent) It's unfair to justified them like that but that's how the society will look at them. Once you were jailed, you're bad person and dangerous. They tend to judge with what they see, not by the true fact.
