I usually eat less fat that is fatless food, do exercise regularly, eat more fruits, vegetables and eat yoghurt often. I also perform yoga and meditation and respiration techniques. Share your ideas...Thank you!

I was reading an article about healthy food the other day. It was emphasizing on eating vegetables every day as a way to keep healthy. I believe that too. I do eat vegetables every day at lunch or dinner. And, like you, I also practise meditation. I do meditation every evening, atleast for 30 minutes. That is very good for mental health as well as physical health. I have been practising meditation for many years now. That is one excellent way to keep healthy.

I try to eat right. I don't as a general rule eat a lot of "bad" fats and such. I am working on getting off the sugar thing. It's had me trapped or quite awhile! I also took up running a few months ago. I have really enjoyed it and it is really fun!

I eat what I like to eat, and as much as I want then I go to a gym to do hard exercises to loose weight well I know I could also eat less and a balanced diet but I prefer to to not torture myself and eat what I like then only I will do my exercises in the gym after work.
