At Last I Watch Water Margin Film Series, Novel that Inspired Suikoden Games  

Yes, suikoden is an interesting game with magnificant plot. If you want to play the best one, i suggest you to play Suikoden 5 in Playstation 2, or Suikodem 2 On Playstation 1. But if you want to understand the suikoden universe completely, then you must play all of them, thought each series only have litle connection with each other.

Suikode 1 and 2 is a great game in Playstation 1. I watch water margin series in a site called indowebster. But the site ( i think ) only accesible from indonesia. If you play suikoden 1 then you will know that many aspect in suikoden 1, is try to follow water margin novel.

Well the novel actually only inspire suikoden. There is actually only small part that the game really copy, like lianshang marsh really are resemblance of the Toran Castle. Also the 27 true rune doesn't really exist in this game. And yes friend nice to meet you, i too hope we will have a great discussion.

I assume the Suikoden I is the only one based on the story(CMIIW).

O sorry, i kinda have too much spirit to reply that i miss that question. Well the leader in Water Margin is actually an old man, he is i think the most oldest man in the group ( well he have senior, but the senior is not including in 108 heroes ). And yes the novel really are loosely based, and the story is far from the same. Are you enjoying suikoden games too? Thanks for replying.

So the leader is actually an old man. lol. Anyway, yes i enjoy playing suikoden. I play all the series, from 1 to 5. I play it in PS 1 and also PS 2.
But i don't really play suikoden tatctic, i think the graphics is bad and the game play is less fun(IMO). Did you play the game too?

Yes, actually i play the game too. All of the 5 series, from suikoden I and II in playstation 1, also Suikoden III, IV and V in Playstation II. And i might said that i am agree with you, i don't really enjoy suikoden tactic. I actually doesn't really like Suikoden IV too, but still it is better than tactic. How about you? Do You think Suikoden IV is bad too?

well i can't said that suikoden IV is bad. It's kinda just too short for me.
It tooks me less than 35 hour i guess to complete the game, also there are many missing plot in the story(too bad).

The 4 char party idea also pretty stupid i think since they have 108 character.lol. And the war..is so bad, i don't really like the war in suikoden IV.

Yes, i agree with you. Suikoden IV is too short, with many missing plot. It also have less fun in game play since it loose many special thing that the previous game have like skill, 6 player sistem. And yes, it has the worst war system the suikoden ever have. The Suikoden tactic actually an extended version of suikoden series, but i think it is also fail because many doesn't seem to like the game play its offer.

How the hero actually recruit all the people, are they simply join from the start?
or more like recruiting in game, where the heroes recruit them one by one. And did all of this character have their story, or simply focus of the hero only?

Well the story actually not focus on the main chacarter for a while. It is focus on a few character with meet with other character that later will join the 108 heroes. The leader actually very un expected since the series doesn't really have much focus on him the first time he show up.
