Hello, adhyz82! I'm glad to see you're keeping this topic alive with interesting posts! I think it's very good for Barca to keep Messi on a long contract right now when he's in top shape. Even if his performance won't be so good in the future, if he's under contract, he could be sold for very good money, just like it happened with Ronaldinho.

i predict you are bArca fans. is it true? i think the same as you. messi is been in barca until 2016. it`s too long but i hope Messi can show us all of his ability in barca untill the end of his contract

Yes, Barcelona is one of the few European clubs I support. I don't know if Messi can keep up his good play for so long, but I wish he does. In football anything can happen. You an get injured and everything falls apart. Who could have predicted the downgrade of Ronaldinho? He's still a good player, but he doesn't have the same spark...
