hi anurag,
i think its a little of both.. i do not completely trust china.. but i do not think they are that dumb to infiltrate india in broad daylight leaving scores of eye witnesses...
i think the problem exists but the media has exaggerated it a lot

India is a new buffer zone for the inevitable fall out from Chinese aggressive expansion into America's economic and currency zones.
There is only room for one ego on the planet when it comes to empirical possessions and I think when the US identifies itself as the over run economy it will lash out.
However, by then the Eastern Hemisphere will be under Chinese hegemony.
The Indo-China parallel will re-emerge with some interesting results in the stock markets I think

Each nation has their own national interests, including China and India. When you think another nation is not friendly to your own nation, you mean it harm the national interests of your nation. I don't want to deny the fact that some national interests of China and India contravene with each other. India regard it as an unfriendly behavior that China supports Pakistan. China is also not happy that India shelters Tibet clique-in-exile. In regard to the conflict of national interests, there's no right or wrong side. The proper way to solve it is to negotiate with each other and reach a compromise. In my view, China and India have many common interests, especially in the field of economy. As developing countries with a long history, both could benefit from cooperation.
