I am not sure if it will work but try this.. right click on the image you want to save then click on save image as... pick what you want to save it as and that should work. It will normally save to my pictures but check where you are saving it to it will tell you when it opens to save. This is the only way I know to save images and items from the internet. I don't know if it will work on yours but one thing I did was push the Push Screen button. Then, open up a paint program and then paste it. You should be able to have it right then and there. Hopefully this helps.

Go to your paypal payment then press print screen in your keyboard and open your Paint then click ctrl v to paste your payment screenshot. Then save the image file

There are many ways to capture a screenshot.

You can use jing, a free software that takes screenshots and records video. Get it at jingproject.com

You can use camstudio, a free video recording software. Get it at camstudio.org

If you have the firefox browser, you can use any number of addons like fireshot, capturefox, talon, or any other screen capture addons.
