So, would you want to be a peace maker if you knew that both of your co - workers have beef on each other? Or would you leave the matter to the hand of your supervisor? For me, it would be better to leave it to the hands of my supervisor, because he suppose be the one to handle these issues. For me, I would only try to console both sides, and try not to make things worse; that is the best I can help. And be careful, try not to take side on either one of them. I just hate to see my co - workers fighting each other, and develop hostility. We are suppose be a team.

I would try not to get too involved with their issues because it can affect me. Also, I would not take any sides until I know the real story and try to get them both to work out their problems like have them sit down at the table with me and let them each tell their part of the story, listen to it and then then tell them what I think. If the problem is still not solved after that, then maybe I have to do some work, you know those shows or movies where someone tries to get two people back together by using some strategy.

I would like your suggestion also. But what if they don't want to sit down and work it out. Or they don't have time to do so? It would be better have our supervisor call them to his office, and talk to each one of them to see what is the issue all about. He can be the mediator better than any one else.
