Upto how much Time Can we call NEW USER as Newbie?

Really on what basis we can come to conclusion that new user changes to regular member.It is decided by time he joined or numbers in Brackets...

Hello baluyadav i think you dont like it to be called as newbie anymore :) dont worry a person is a newbie only till the time he doesnt post nything here now you are into the family of mylot and best of luck here :)
