how often do u drink tea

Well, for me it often depends on how often I will drink tea. Tea is actually something I find harder to drink when the weather is warmer, but I have found Tea in a lot of flavors that can help build up your immune something, help you relax and a lot of other good things as well. Some of my favorites are like the Sleepy Time tea, Green Tea and Raspberry tea. From time to time this can be some of the best drinks to have as well.

I drink a cup of tea everyday ussually after having my lunch. I always switch between black tea, red tea and green tea. Hi,ravi,Today and tomorrow every body knows about the negative and positive effects of every habit.Even then those habituated to those habits,they will continue.Whether the tea is bad or good i don't know,but i used to drink tea 10-15 times a day.

I will drink tea only in morning and sometimes in evening for refreshment. Not mor than twice a day. But my husband will drink the tea four times per day. If he is in home have only twice a day but if he is in office he will have four times per day.
Tea will give refreshment after the hard work. It is good activator when we become tried. It has antioxidants in it. It is good for heart. Mainly green tea has more medicinal value in it.

One of the only cons that I can think of right now is staining of the teeth, but with all of the new home whitening systems being made, that doesn't need to be a worry anymore. All in all, tea is a very beneficial thing to your health that I'm glad to say I drink every night!
