how to increase weight in a short span of time?

I want to know the ways of increasing the weight in a short span of time. I am gonna act in a play and that requires me to look a bit plump and since I am very athletic increasing my weight is a big problem for me.
Are you aware of any shorcuts to increase the weight

To increase your weight,you have to eat a lot every meal,especially supper.Don't eat too much,or it will hurt your health.You also need to eat some oilly food and it will make you fat soon.Eating some food full of sugar is good to help you become fat.As a matter of fact,all the advices to become fat are bad for your health.So you also need to eat more vegetables and fruits to make you healhy.

you have to do is put all of your effort, make a plan and stick to it , very good words, and all the things can do this way.
for your concern, i think you can see a doctor and see if they can give you some good advice, now i also facing this problem, i am a little bit slim and my wife and my parents always want me a little plump.

there is no instant way to get something in this world. you have to do is put all of your effort, make a plan, and stick to it. if your intention is putting some muscle mass, just do hard workout/ weight lifting, eat lots of protein meal, rest for 8 hours a day. however, if you wanna add some fat to increase weight, this sounds much easier, just eat junk foods everyday. so what you gonna choose. you can also visit my blog for info, friend...:) happy...
