i feel it is not necessary b'coz many forward cast students do not get chance to come up..the SCST n other BC students who score 50%-60% will get seats in medical n engi..easily and OC n FC n other students who get better grades than them will not be given seats.. your opinion will be appreciable..
Its wrong, no reservations in studies, i hate reservations in studies.
I think Not required ! it should be basically in Merit
