When is the right time to let my dog have her baby?

my aunt gave me a puppy 3 years ago and she said it's a mixture of poodle and shi tzu. three years have passed she's still very cute and lovely and bet she will stay like that forever. i would like to ask when is the right time to have her baby :) im always afraid that she will have complications if she will conceive. hope she won't.
