5 wedding invitations and have no idea what to wear

This is overwhelming. Me and my husband get 5 Wedding invitations, those wedding will happen on October and November. The thing is between the 5 couples we all know each other hahaha, we live in a small town..LOL
I already got a headache. Don't get me wrong I'm very happy for them. Getting them present might be not hard, because they all have bridal registry, make it a lot easier and less headache. The big thing is I can't show up to all of them with just one dress since we all know each other.
I told my husband that I'm going to need buy new stuff that I can mix and match so people don't think I only have one outfit for wedding.
Have you ever got so many Wedding invitations, that make you scatter around just to find the dress or outfit to go the party?

I just have the problem too. In 10 days I will go to Hull for a wedding. I don’t know what to dress. I talked with my husband about it. Now I have two options: go to department store to buy new dress; honestly I don’t want to go. I’m on my way to lose weight. I wish I can lose some weight then I will shop. Second I take one old dress, however most of my relatives already saw I dressed them. So I feel embarrassed to dress them. Now I think I need to do more work to make my old dress not so old. I think I maybe will do some mixture or change necklace. Small thing made my life complicated. Now I even don’t want go the wedding.1 person likes this

You right it seem so small, you got invitation and all you have to do is show up. My husband don't even 'really understand' what's the big deal with the outfit. It's easy for him to say all he got to do throw his suit on with different shirt and tie.
Not for women, dude. hahahaha

Well I have never been in this situation actually, but yes I can imagine why you are getting a headache! I think you have a good idea though, about getting a few new items so that you can mix and match and make them look like different outfits. Do not worry too much though, as you all know each other I am sure many of your friends have the same dilemma!

I also has a lot of wedding invitations in November. It's school holiday so lots of people take that chance to get married. I don't think I'll have time to cook at home during the day Anyway, I don't plan to go all out buying new dresses for the wedding. I might buy one or two new dresses but I'll use the old ones for most of them. Besides, I am still on the budget program. I can't afford to spend too much.
