How to apply for scholarship?

Hi myLotters, I want to continue my study to master degree abroad in few years and want to apply for scholarship since the tuition and living costs is really expensive. I'm thinking to take MBA either to US or Europe? Do you know if there are any scholarship offered by education institution? How to apply and what is the requirement? I understand that there is some uni that offer personal loan. How does it work? Appreciate if you give links that give further information. Thanks!
