You know the kind you buy pre made in the frozen section or the appetizers at restaurants? I would love to make them at home. I have a deep fryer I just don't know what kind of breading to make or how to make it. Does anyone know how? Have you ever made it at home from scratch?

If you want a very basic easy to do cheese sticks then you can buy a small wrapper square cut like Dimsum, shanghai, molo or whatever in grocery stores. Just cut the cheese into strips then put a bit of sugar if you like then roll it up on the wrapper. It's so easy to do, you don't need to put egg or breading. Just roll it and fry it. You can dip it with tomato sauce or ketchup with mayonnaise. I like cheese sticks, but I love mozzarella sticks much!! Happy cooking! :)

i use dannon lite vanilla and the same amt. of sour cream, now if it's to sweet for you cut back on the yogurt. you can add a little hot sauce to give it a kick if ya want.
