waht should you do if you can not contact with outside doors?  | |  today i cannot recommend others discussions on mylot.i try several times but in vain. i cannot concentrate on my working, i renovate the web side once thirsty minutes,but unfortunately i still cannot recommend up to now.if you can not do something as usually,it seems that something will be lost.i feel nervous and i cannot help thinking if one day i am isolated for some reasons and can not contact with outside doors,it will makes me sad and i don't know what to do.it feels serious.if you are isolated what should you do?or something happened disturbs your normal life,what should you do?

Take afew deep breaths and find something else to do. Try to come back to it alittle later. If something disturbs your normal life it may mean you are in a rut too and need to find a different statis for what you are making important in your life. Take a different tack and go for it! Life is short and you can't trifle with the small stuff.
