forgetting about it. There's no longer any guides that are truly about making money. They're all hawking scam-like principles, and it's about selling the guide anyway. Wanna make money, think like someone making money. If you can't think like someone making money, get a job. Hate to be blunt, but that's what it comes down to. Either you've got the composition of an entreprenuer, or you don't.
