Where can you find happiness, by following your heart or following your mind to seek out pleasures?

I think following your mind will never lead you to happiness may be it will lead you to some materialistic pleasures but the real happiness is obtained when you follow your heart..
You can have many examples we come across many situations where our mind says one thing and our heart differs and I know most of us go with the mind and later we regret doin it...
That says it you will feel relaxed when you follow your heart but this is all my opinion

Ya what do you think about conscience you do many things against our conscience.Even though we know its wrong but we do it.
So I think that conscience has something to do with heart

I agree. But don't you think what's in your heart comes to your mind, then action? It has to start somewhere.. for instance, greed. A greedy person's mind is also where his heart is...money. I believe a person can change their heart, which eventually does change their mind. What do you think?

Wonderful, then you do follow your heart and mix with everybody and not restrict yourself to people your mind tells you to befriend only.
