after the failed surgery on Shaun? One would think that Greg would refuse to do it in his state of mind and if he doesn't, then he should be stopped from doing it. Even though they are showing Rachel as helping him not blame himself so much, his confidence should be to shaken to operate on Mathew anytime soon, especially given how Destiny feels about Mathew.
