People find friends as their ultimate keeper of secrets and shareholders of fun their presence makes every dark gloomy days seem brighter and makes every warm sunny morning lighter than ever. there is a saying that having friends can be as sure antidote to illnesses and depression providing a 22 percent lower risk of dying early according to study. What if the person that you call your friend is a frenemy.
We must know our frenemy, it may be hurtful but its for the best. There are times we need to pay attention to our instincts as we try to see the real ones from the fake ones. This may help us be at bay from potential crabs that may pull us down any moment at the same time may still be that friendship from getting into a more unhealthy turf.
Spotting these frenemies, however can be something that may surprise you. most frenemies are those who share you interest. In this case separating them from the genuine friends is a challenge. But it is very important to spot them because they can done you great harm.

Hence the saying "keep your friends close, and you enemies closer" it is harder for someone who is not a true friend to do harm to you if you keep in close contact with them and keep an eye on what they are doing. This isn't feasible most times though.
I think it is better to just live by the "golden rule" and treat others as you would like to be treated, and then hope that others show the same respect to you. You are always going to run across malicious people wwho have nothing better to do than cause drama. oh well, such is life.
"Love your enemies, it makes them so damned mad"
(another quote i have always loved, though i don't remember who it is by)
