hard to say goodbye  | |  i really love sweets but eating sweets will make me fat. i tried so many times not to eat chocolate or ice cream but my day won't be complete without it in my menu list. another thing is i always feels tired and one of the symptoms of diabetes is getting tired easily. unfortunately diabetes is our heredo familial disease and so i really have to say goodbye even though its hard for me.

If you mean saying goodbye to chocolate or ice cream, take a look at the brightside, there are already imitation goodies for diabetics and besides that, you'll start a healthier life and start feeling good.

If you are quite rich than i advice you to take such proteins that are sweeter than table sugar...It is so tasty and surely could replace all your chocolate loves,,,Also there are sugar free tablets available in market but i haven't yet tasted it ..Hope it might be suitable for you.... | |
