Nose Ring  

I don't understand why people get them, they look awful, they must be so uncomfortable...I think people look better without them.

Hai daliaj!It was an old practice among our girls in the past.It only suits certain faces and adds more charm to the look.But all old people used to have it.I think it has some acupressure effect and so they used them.Now a days there is no need to pierce your nose to wear one.Just you can stick it,as you have told.Personally,I think girls above the age of thirty looks nice with a ring in their nose.Cheers!

Being a woman I do not like to have a nose ring compared to my sister who love having it. I am very afraid to have a hole in my nose and then put a ring over there. Even earrings i do not like to wear.

I am one of those who when I see nose rings I feel pain .. and do not understand why people put anything there. . . what happens when you have a cold and have to keep blowing your nose .. it is bad enough you are so stuffed up but then to add to it and intentionally put an obstruction there to me is crazy. It also looks like it just hurts. The piercings that really bring me that uncomfortable feeling is when I see them hanging off an eyebrow!

I do not like to see any earring/nose ring in a man but one earring in ears is good. As a lady I do not like to put a nose ring in my nose, I think it is fit to a pig or other animals, not my type..lol..just joking..maybe, I could put a nose ring when it is require but i definitely find it informal.

I do not like wearing nose rings.My mother forces me to pierce my nose to wear rings but i hate it.In our place its almost compulsory for a girl to wear those nose rings and i am not in those who wear or want to wear.
when ever any women comes to our house, she gets shocked to see that I have no nose rings and even no piercing.

Oooh, that must hurt. I don't like any other form of "mutilation" on my body with the exception of my pierced ears which I had nothing to do with. My mother had my ears pierced after birth. I'm glad she did so I didn't have to worry about the pain at all. Personally, I don't mind women with nose rings because I respect other people's culture and personal styles. It's not what I want for myself.
