I'm so sorry to hear what have happened to your friend. Please do not blame yourself for what have happened. It's something ordinary that happens to be not too ordinary that day. You have done all you could. Please dont put the blame on yourself as it will be a burden throughout ur life. Take care.

If the small hospital doctor couldn't do anything for her I doubt that you could have done anything for her more than you did. You aren't a Dr. nor have you had experience in this type of problem before so you had no way of knowing how serious it was. You probably did more than most other people would have done.

Hello Vaideki. How very sad this is. It sounds as though your friend died of an asthma attack. I've known several people who've died this way, even in the hospital emergency room with the best of physicians and medical care available. With asthma, sometimes even they cannot save a person. You should feel no guilt! You did all that you could and stayed right by her. If the doctors and the clinic could not save her, neither could you have done so.
