Getting a Job right out of College

the competition is too high and the quarrel for job is on its peak.The major part of the country being the youth, makes it more difficult to get jobs.So, people are opting to go out of the country for better job opportunities.
I think this will be more worst in the future as the population is the same increasing day by day at an accelerating and alarming rate.

This what I know will happen for me. I am going to graduate with a lower grade than I could really produce. Then I am going to get a poor paying Job right away. Once it becomes time for my employer to commit to me and give raises or benifits or anything they are going to bail on me. Then I will have a hard time finding a job. This will repeat until I am haveing an impossible time finding a job because I am over qualified or because I have been around so long and am under qualified. Basicly employeers will find any reason to not hire me. At that point I will go back to school and get certified in something new and start all over again until i get a cheap paying managers Job. Then I will have more control over what happens. Thats just how it goes in my industry.
