| |  yes but I think you forget to say that you have to strip these washers, dryers and such. Now that parts that you can't take to the scrap yard, you have to dispose of yourself in your own garbage that you are paying for. AND maybe these parts that the scrap yard won't take are too big to fin into your garbage, so then what do your do?
You also said if you know the tricks of the trade, BUT you never said what the tricks of the trade are. So therefore without that knowledge, it's just a good idea.
