Diabetes Natural Medicines... Is it True?

I am a medical technologist and i regret that there is no cure for diabetes. Once you have it, it would always be there. It is something that you really have to manage. Ampalaya or bitter curd has claims to lower down sugar and i believe it. Same goes for "duhat", i am not sure if you are aware of this. And of course, exercise never fails. Just be patient in reminding your cousins. Filipinos love to eat and so do i.

i am not a professional. but diabetes is my personal interest because my father got it for the past 11 years. But i am a diabetic . I was diagnoses 2 years ago. I am completely off all medication for it. It is not easy and it is a everyday battle to keep my sugar within a normal range.

The first thing i did was cut all the high fructose corn syrup out of my diet. This is not easy to do because they put it in everything. I went with organic products because they do not use it.

I limit my intake of sugar

I use a product called Xylitol as a sweeter, it has a very low Glycemic index, and it tastes like sugar. You can get it at the health food store.

I also limit my intake of bread, and potatoes, and pasta...because these things turn to sugar in your system.

I get at least 1 hour of of exercise everyday.

I drink at least 8 glasses of filtered water everyday.

A teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar before meals helps to keep sugar from spiking. It tastes terrible and it took me a long time to get used to the taste. I just put it in a small glass of water and drink it down fast.

I went and found out what nutrients my body was missing and i supplement with them every day, everyone is different so you have to find out what you need. find a natural doctor, or herbalist that does this.

I check my sugar every day to make sure it is ok.

I eat a lot of different vegetables, and i still eat meat. and fruit.

One of the supplements that i take is called glucobiotic supreme. You can Google it to see what the herbs are that are in it. their are a number of different things in it. The company that makes it is Atrium.

As you have knew that Diabetics is one of the dis order in our
body and can not be treated completely but only can controlled.
So there are many more products in the markets and all they are
claiming that for the full treatment of the diabetics, but practically
it is not at all possible. So don't believe such a medicines and never
try to lose your money. Better to inform your cousins to do normal
regular exercise along with instructed foods and ask him to make
more relax in order to control the diabetics to live the peaceful
life with more comforts.

well i can suggest you some of the dietary modifications for diabetes which helps in controlling as it runs in my paternal family with my grandfather,uncle and my cousin also suffering from this.they maintain a routine for having food or meals.never stay hungry for long time or overeat.they ate fenugreek powder (methi)in the morning.they also take bitter gourd frequently.but simultaneously they had their medicines and had regular check-ups.
