What do you think about "Beggers" when you saw on streets?

I assume that beggars are not become by birth,they are made by society or circumstances.Am i right?

I have different feeling depending on who I am looking at. Some look like they are fine and should just get out and find work but some look like they are just lost inside there.
But I don't give out money.
I have taken homeless people to a place where I could buy them a meal but I never put cash in their hands.
