Which would you prefer,A girl after cosmetic surgery or just herself?

I'm a male.I've done a small cosmetic surgery to remove mole.I'm open to this.As we see,there two kinds of beauty,inner beauty and outside beauty.But the former one is the real and most charming beauty.But i defenitely don't support doing some comestic surgery in sacrifice of health.

I am woman and i believe that if a female feels the need to change her physical self through cosmetic surgery then any partner she gets involved with will have a lot more issues to deal then if her body parts are real or not. Men like confident women.If you can't be comfortable in your own skin and love yourself, then how can you believe others will. This generates insecurity in a relationship. Yes the world is shallow and goes by face value, but a woman a man chooses as a wife and life partner is more often less FHM and more natural beauty. Yes there is such a thing.

I believe we are beautiful the way we are.though my face is not really perfect and pretty,I don't want to undergo cosmetic surgery.I would rather go for enhancements like facials.I am scared of operations.I would rather work on what facial assets I have,rather than work for what I don't have.

I prefer girl with her natural beauty.Look at Oprah as example.Did she need surgery on her face.Yeah!...she's still the richest women.

i am ok with it, as long as the girl doesn't look strange after the surgery, everybody has the right to choice be beautiful, look at some korean actress, many of them have plastic surgery, and it a good thing, they are more beautiful, more and more people start liking their shows, they make more money, people become more happy. but if i ever have chance to lift my face up, i wouldn't share with other, after all it is privite thing for me.
